How Can I Reserve a Ride?
Reserving a ride with Biddi is quick and easy. Follow these steps to book your next ride:
Open the Biddi App
Launch the Biddi app on your smartphone.
Enter you destination
On the home screen, tap the “Where to?” field and enter your destination address or choose from your saved locations.
Select Your Pickup Location
The app automatically detects your current location, but you can adjust it if needed. You can also schedule a pickup for another location.

Pick Your Ride Time

Mobile Wallets

- After the ride, the fare will be charged through your selected mobile wallet.
Cash

How Can My Account Be Deactivated?
We value your time with Biddi, but if you need to deactivate your account, here’s how it works:
1. Voluntary Deactivation
If you wish to deactivate your account, follow these steps:
- Open the Biddi App and go to the Settings menu.
- Select Account and then tap on Deactivate Account.
- Confirm your choice, and your account will be deactivated.

- You can reactivate your account at any time by logging back into the app with your existing credentials.
- Once your account is deactivated, any upcoming scheduled rides will be canceled.
2. Deactivation by Biddi
Your account may be deactivated by Biddi under certain circumstances, including:
- Violation of Terms of Service: Engaging in activities that violate our user agreement or community guidelines.
